General Questions
Is Free Virtual Sport Game truly free?
Absolutely. The core game, multiplayer matchmaking, and seasonal tournaments are 100% free to play. Optional cosmetic skins and emotes can be purchased in the store, but they offer no competitive advantage.
What platforms is the game available on?
Currently, you can play directly from your PC browser, download our dedicated PC client, or play on the go using our mobile app for iOS and Android devices.
Can I team up with my friends?
Yes! You can form a club, invite your friends to custom lobbies, and compete against other clubs globally in 3v3 or 5v5 game modes. Cross-play between PC and Mobile is fully supported.
Technical Support
What are the minimum system requirements for PC?
To ensure a smooth experience at 60FPS, we recommend a modern web browser (Chrome/Edge/Firefox), at least 4GB of RAM, and an integrated GPU equivalent to Intel UHD 620 or better.
Does the game support controllers?
Yes! We have full native support for Xbox, PlayStation, and generic Bluetooth controllers on both the PC client and mobile apps.
I'm experiencing high ping or lag. How can I fix this?
Ensure you are connected to the correct regional server (North America, Europe, Asia) in the settings menu. A wired ethernet connection is highly recommended for the most stable competitive experience.
Account Management
How do I reset my password?
Click on the "Forgot Password" link on the login screen. Enter your registered email address, and we will send you a secure link to create a new password.
Can I change my in-game username?
Yes. Every player receives one free username change per season. Additional name changes can be purchased in the store using in-game currency.
